If, after using DietGlue charts for a year you have not lost a significant amount of weight and you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your payment in full without quibble.

All that we ask is that you have weighed yourself nearly every day, entered the results in your chart, and sent us a copy of your data by the ninth month (via the email button on the purchase page of your programme), so that we can have a chance to work with you for three months (without charge) sorting out the problem.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
