Who are DietGlue?

Is there a money-back refund scheme?

You get a free 7 day trial to assess the programme and make your decision to purchase a one year extension if you like it. However, if the programme does not work for any reason that is our fault we will do our very best to help you make it work, and if this is impossible we will refund your full £20. Furthermore there is a guarantee that the programme will work for you

Can I put two programmes on one computer?

You are limited at the moment to just one programme, in which you can have 6 individual slimmers. If you try to put on more than one programme your databases will be corrupted.

Can I move my programme to my new computer, or my computer at work?

Yes, just use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:/program files and copy the "DietGlue" folder wherever you want on your computer, or on to another computer.

Can I use DietGlue on my office network?

Yes, as long as you are using it on your local computer (and check with your network supervisor!)

How can I remove the Skinny Mountain shortcut?

Right mouse click on the icon, click delete. This will only remove the icon. To remove the file, use Windows Explorer, and navigate to c:/programme Files/Dietglue/Skinny Mountain.pdf and delete.
