How to attach files to your emails

Outlook Express
Create a new message. On the toolbar at the top there is a heading "Insert". Click this, then click "File attachment". You will then have to navigate to the file you want to attach, and click it. That's it, just send!

Eudora
Create a new message, then hit Ctrl and H buttons together. You will then have to navigate to the file you want to attach, and click it. That's it, just send!

Mozilla Thunderbird
Create a new message, look for the paperclip "Attach" symbol. Click the dropdown box and hit "File". You will then have to navigate to the file you want to attach, and click it. That's it, just send!

Other email programs use similar techniques.

File size
We are happy to receive a large picture file, but depending on your server you may have difficulty sending more than a couple of megabytes at a time. You can reduce the size by cropping and lowering the resolution to 72 dpi in your image editor.

If you still have problems, send us an email and we'll sort it out for you!
